Trio Motion manufactures N95 Mask Making Machine, Emergency Ventilator

N95 Mask Making Production Line

TRIO Motion Technology India Pvt Ltd has introduced a state-of-the-art machine manufactured in-house to cater to the growing demand for masks due to the outbreak of CoronaVirus. The machine is built by ESTUN with our EtherCat solution. The N95 folded mask making production line has a capacity of making 45 masks per minute. The complete machine installation and commissioning will be done by TRIO India.

Emergency Ventilator (E-Vent)
The Emergency Ventilator is manufactured with TRIO solution to cater to the growing demand for individuals due to the outbreak of CoronaVirus.

We recognise the global interest when a hospital has used up all ventilators and the only option is ‘manual bagging’ the patient (use of manual resuscitators). We hope that such systems may serve as bridge devices and help with the triage of available respirators and clinicians trained in respiratory therapy. The E-Vent is anticipated to have utility in helping free up existing supply or in life-or-death situations when there is no other option.

The Emergency Ventilator machine installation and commissioning will be done by TRIO India.
