The MICA-LTE Compact router is an ultra compact, high speed industrial router designed for transferring large amounts of data via the cellular network. The MICA-LTE Compact’s fast data transfer capability reaches up to 150Mbps download and up to 50Mbps upload speed. It also has fallback to 3G communication should 4G/LTE be unavailable. It is well suited for IoT/mobile broadband applications, offering reliable, secure wireless connectivity.

The MICA-LTE Compact router has a robust design, in an ultra compact metal enclosure, making it ideal for deployment in industrial embedded applications where space is at a premium.

Cellular coverage is designed to match European frequencies. The MICA-LTE Compact software means VPN security is supported, allowing the router to be used in commercial as well as industrial applications.

The MICA-LTE Compact router meets the needs for management of remote communication and therefore has applications in renewable energy, security, digital signage, transport, street furniture, traffic control, parking systems, environmental monitoring and many other IoT/mobile broadband applications.

The MICA-LTE Compact router comes equipped with a single SIM slot, single 10/100 ethernet LAN port and a serial port. Setting up the MICA Compact router is quick and easy – simply insert your 4G SIM card and connect the antennas. Power up the router and connect to the internet by entering the correct APN settings in the web interface. The router will then connect and provide high speed
4G mobile broadband.
