Satronix has introduced a wide range of digital/analog control Solid State Relays with special embedded features intended for applications that demand exceptional reliability and accuracy. These come with the following functions:

These control relays can provide added flexibility and reliability to an application with all the known benefits provided by the use of solid state switching technology. Offering precise power control suitable for numerous Factory Automation applications the relay can reliably control resistive loads like heaters, lighting and slightly inductive loads. The relay can also be used for soft turn-on of high-power incandescent lamps.

They are microcontroller based with soft start feature, burst fire control option too available.

With a control input of either 4-20mA built-in Vcc or 0-10V DC external Vcc of 5-32 V DC required or external potentiometer, varying the control input linearly varies the AC output power from 25-530V AC. Models of 25A, 50A, 90A are thyristor based.

A control input of 4mA or 0V DC corresponds to zero output power whereas a control input of 20 mA or 10VDC corresponds to full output power (0-100% linear). The phase angle controller varies the firing angle on the output SCRs proportionally to an analog control signal, effectively varying the power delivered to the output load. Frequency 50 Hz to 60 Hz. The analog series is ideal for temperature control, tungsten lamp dimming and universal motor control too.
