IIoT SCADA GATEWAY

The IIoT SCADA Gateway™ enables seamless, bi-directional communications between the CloudPlugs platform and SCADA and BMS systems. It can connect to any SCADA or BMS system since it emulates a full, bi-directional Modbus slave device.  The Gateway automatically maps Modbus port and register data to channel data in the CloudPlugs message bus, enabling SCADA and BMS systems to transparently manage traditional field devices and new generation smart devices.

The IIoT SCADA Gateway™ is typically installed on a computer or server located on the same LAN as the SCADA or BMS system and it connects to CloudPlugs using either MQTT or a SmartPlug™.

Software

• Any Linux, FreeBSD, or Unix operating systems.

Hardware

• Any x86 or ARM 11 based hardware with minimum 64MB of RAM and 5MB of free storage.
