Connection object can be fed with any kind of sensors or system data out of the cloud to anticipate possible problems that could arise.

Being operated with standard facility management software, Connection object allows to automate building maintenance to reduce greatly loss of time and money.

Meeting a not-normal system behavior, Connection object creates a ticket, assigning it for a dedicated service team, providing the required data: incident description, incident system information, possible replacement parts, route to the problem object, list of necessary keys and responsible staff.
