Cable Glands for Hazardous Areas

EXIOS cable glands are licensed for ignition protection standards Ex d, Ex e, and Ex ta. They fulfil the highest requirements for explosion protection, and are certified in accordance with ICEEx and ATEX standards. They are used in the oil and gas industry, in mining, and in the chemicals and pharmaceutical industry.

EXIOS cable glands are designed for use in "Hazardous Areas". The high-end design Exios already has certification in accordance with the most recent, tightened-up IECEx and ATEX standards.

• Clamping insert – PA 6

• Material – brass, nickel-plated brass

• Operating temperature – -60-105°C

• Protection – IP 66/67/68 – 5 bar, and

• Seal – silicone, VMQ.
