Fire Rated Swing Doors, Fly MTF

The swing fire rated door is engineered and manufactured by Moreschi following the same production procedures as the sliding doors. Within any project of any building there must always be basic elements, in order to guarantee both active and passive safety of the structure and goods, with the implemented closing system. Following the strictest quality controls, this is a practical and safe product, without leaving outside any consideration for the aesthetics. The door is made of pre-coated steel sheet, and in addition there are many possibilities for customisation. Single or double- acting fire rated door. Door frame consists of double 25/10 galvanized steel profile with holes for anchors or expansion bolt. The perimetral gasket (smoke proof sealing) is installed onto the fire rated perimetral frame.

Each leaf consists of 80 mm thick panel, having face sheet of light-gauge steel (galvanized steel SENDZIMIR) bonded to a steel channel frame with black painting. Sheets are obtained from an initial continuous lamination process, following a phosphate process and a final Primer paint (5 Micron thickness) on both sides of sheets. The finishing consists of 20 Micron thick paint applied on the external side of the sheet. So that the surface is totally smooth. In order to avoid any possible scratch, an adhesive film is applied on and to be removed once the door is assembled. The thermal insulation is assured by a sandwich panel consisting of two gypsum boards and a rock wool core in-between. The fire rated perimetral frame of each leaf consists of galvanized steel profiles painted in black colour. The perimetral gasket (smoke proof sealing) is installed onto the fire rated perimetral frame between the door and the wall.
