MECO Instruments has introduced new 6000 count TRMS Digital Multimeter, Model 171B+ TRMS. The 171B+ TRMS is a 6000 counts auto and manual ranging digital multimeter with LCD backlight and holster having voltage range up to 1000 V DC and 750 V AC and current range up to 20 A AC and DC. Basic accuracy for DC voltage ±1.0% reading + 4 digit, for AC voltage ±1.0% reading + 5 digit, for DC current ±1.0% reading + 2 digit, and for AC current ±1.5% reading + 5 digit. It has special features like Auto Power Off, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Duty Cycle, Temperature, Diode Test, Audible Continuity, Data Hold, Max/Min, and REL?.

Many products have been designed by the company’s R&D Department (recognised by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt of India, New Delhi) for which MECO has 30 design patents.
