Unique arrangement is developed to remove spatters, small or big and also can be used for removing material from soft metals like aluminium, brass, copper, etc. This can be very well done by newly developed chisel attachment. This attachment is very simple to fit on body and easy to operate – simply loosen the Allen screw and take out entire needle holder assembly. Now fit the chisel attachment on body and tighten the Allen screw and the chisel attachment is ready for use. While working if chisel gets-blunt, turn clamp in such a position so that as to remove the two pins and the chisel for resharpening. Reassemble it again in the reverse process. The chisel attachment is now ready for use. This process will take hardly 5 minutes. Ensure that pins properly rest in the groove made on the chisel.

Salient features of this attachment are very low noise, absolutely no maintenance and easy to change over from needle scaler to chisel attachment. It is designed in such a way that the body gets cooled more and more during use. Due to provision of offset handle, operator fatigue is minimised. This attachment can be used for chipping of stones, concrete and brick surfaces, carving of wood and cleaning around weld beads, depressions, rivet heads, etc. SS chisel in different shapes can be supplied on demand.
