Ozone Overseas Pvt Ltd manufactures Fire Rated Metal Doors suitable for all buildings and structures types – be it commercial, residential of public utility facility. The range comprises emergency exit doors and fire doors.

Robustly constructed, these doors consists 02 major parts, Door Leaf and Door Frame; Door Leafs are made from 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.6 mm thick GPSP steel sheets with zinc coating of 120 gsm and having lock formed profile with internal stiffeners; the door frame is made from 1.2/1.5/2.0 mm thick GPSP steel with mitred and welded corners for superior finish.

Door leaf is in-filled with either glass wool or honeycomb paper or polyurethane foam for enhanced fire resistance. These metal doors can also be integrated with high-tech building safety and management systems.

The doors are manufactured at a newly established state-of-the-art manufacturing facility having world’s best brand machines installed such as CNC laser, shearing and bending machines and automatic paint shop. Ozone Fire Doors are tested & certified for 02 hrs (120mins) fire rating by CBRI, Roorkee.

All fire doors are factory finished with epoxy primer and polyurethane-finish paint as per size. Ozone offers fire metal doors in different designs such as solid, top glaze, full glaze, full glaze with transom, half glaze louver, louver, full louver, square vision, round vision, vision rectangle, top louver, louver top and bottom, transom and transom with louver.
