Advantages of KALKI VAYU Air Flow Meters

 

The basic advantage of the Kalki VAYU advanced mass thermal flow technology air flow meters are follows,( This the difference we are comparing with reference to the vortex flow meter and mass coriolis flow meter.)

The Kalki VAYU is high technology and fully compensated mass thermal flow meter. Which works from 0.5 bar up to 20 bar at the same accuracy no need for any calibrations or applying the style sheet for the values next advantage this flow meter can works from 4c to the 54c of the air temperatures almost covering complete range of the air which is naturally available.

The third advantage is it can work from the 0.5 CFM to maximum value. It measure even 0.5 CFM. Which is not possible with the other technologies meter, Other technologies meters the minimum value coming 7CFM, 8CFM, 10CFM like that. And their need to calibrated with reference to the temperature and also with reference to the pressure ranges or the flow ranges.

The fourth advantage is Kalki flow meters are always calibrated for the full range of the pipes. Example that one inch Kalki air flow meter can measure very accurately from the 2 CFM to 140 CFM. It does not mean it will not measure 0.5 CFM. 0.5 CFM even 0.2 CFM will be measured may be little bit accuracy variation below 2CFM.

Because it is calibrated from 2 to 140CFM. So these things makes the Kalki VAYU air flow meters are more suitable for the leakage deducting application. Because where the leakage is coming usually the pressures are very low and also the leakage levels are 3CFM, 5CFM like this. But practically that is 25 to 30 electrical units per day. But other technology meters there may be accurate in measuring the total consumption but Kalki flow meters are more accurate and more purposeful for deducting leakage to achieve the savings.
