Why use a Litel rail-based IR system?
The rail-based overhead system frees up valuable floor space in the plant or on the shop floor. It is flexible in nature and is easily maneuvered to the local area of application. Post application, it can be re-tracted back to its original position.
The most popular application for this system is rapid paint drying and pre-heating of automotive components in auto plants

System Options:
- Overhead systems with different track arrangements are available depending on the area of coverage, time cycle and temperature requirement as well as operator flexibility
- Minimum reach 250 mm from ground & maximum reach of 2100 mm from ground
- Heating area range: 200mm x 200 mm up to 750mm x 750 mm.
- Correct distance as well as a temperature measurement facility is also available in specific models.
Smart controls and automation:
The smart IR system prevents over-cure in the heating process & optimizes the use of manpower and energy consumption.
