Typical application

Heating materials: all conductive materials, including stainless steel, copper, steel, aluminum, titanium, tin, nickel, silver and other metals or alloys;

Application fields: brazing, quenching, thermal disassembly, heat straightening, curing, removing paint, heat treatment.

Product specifications:

CR2100 HHT (handheld transformer):

• The handheld transformer is designed for your manual operation and can be easily integrated into the robotic arm for automatic production.
• Induction coils are easy to assemble and disassemble handheld transformers, so different coils can be connected to different applications.

Two control keys:

Trigger: press start heating, release and stop heating

Trigger hold: Lock trigger (press the trigger and press the button to be continuous)

Separable inductor:

Canroon will design and manufacture different inductors according to the specific circumstances of the customer.

The inductor is made of high level technology and high quality, so as to ensure the perfect work of CR2100 induction heating generator.

Characteristic:

1, high temperature: the heating temperature is higher than 1000.

2, fast heating: quickly reach the target temperature.

3, various materials: suitable for all kinds of metal materials, such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, titanium and so on.

4, HHT (hand-held transformer): easy to handle work, and can be automatically integrated into the robot arm.

5. Replaceable coils / inductors: induction coils / inductors are customized into different shapes and sizes, and can be easily disassembled from HHT to replace another coil.

6. Enable temperature control: using TC or infrared probe, CR2100 can achieve accurate temperature control during the heating process.
