The Show Preview presents glimpses of the automation products, devices, software and technologies that would be on display at the Automation Expo 2018 (August 29-September 01, 2018 – BCEC, Goregaon, Mumbai).

RR Electronics offers a range of Dataloggers, Signal Calibrators and other process instruments.

Temperature Humidity Datalogger comes with the following specifications: Temperature range – -20~+60; external probe – - 40~+85; temperature measurement accuracy – ±0.5; temperature units – can be selected by the host computer software; measuring range – 0~99% RH; humidity measurement accuracy – ±3% RH (25, 20~90% RH), the remaining ±4.5% RH; resolution – temperature 0.1, humidity 0.1% RH; record capacity – 16000 groups; recording interval – 10 seconds to 24 hours; data interface – micro-USB interface (ordinary Android phone charging port); and power supply – built-in wide temperature CR2450 or USB interface power supply.

Signal Calibrator comes with the following specifications: Operating temperature – -10 to 50?C; power requirement – 4AA Ni-MH, Ni-Cd batteries, size – 215 x 109 x 44.5 mm; and weight – about 500 gm.

Turbidity Analyser comes with the following specifications: Diameter – 60 mm; length – 256 mm; weight – 1.65 kg; main body material – SUS316L (ordinary version), titanium alloy (seawater version); upper and lower cover –PVC; cable – PVC waterproof; rating – IP68/NEMA6P; measurement range – 0.01-100 NTU, 0.01-4000 NTU; pressure range – ≤0.4Mpa; flow velocity – ≤2.5m/s, 8.2ft/s; calibration – sample calibration, slope calibration cable length – standard 10-mtr cable, max length – 100 mtr.

Signal Isolators comes with the following specifications: Input signal – 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V; maximum input current/voltage – ≤30mA/≤10.5V; output signal – 0-20mA, 0-, 20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V; and power supply – 20-32V DC.

PH Controller comes with the following specifications: Measuring range – 0-14 PH, (-1000 to +1000mV); ORP accuracy – ±0.02 pH, ± 1mV; ORP temperature compensation – NTC10K or PT1000; output – RS485 MODBUS, 4-20 mA; and relay output – 2 relay (250V AC, 3A).

Conductivity Controller comes with the following specifications: Measuring range – 0-20000 micro Siemens/cm; accuracy – ±1%FS; temperature compensation – NTC10K or PT1000; output – RS485 MODBUS, 4-20 mA; and relay output – 2 relay (250V AC, 3A).
