A. EMS Basic with half wave control

B. EMS Light duty from 200 kg to 1500 kg, and

C. EMS Heavy duty from 1500 kg and above

Power supply: Inductive, bus bar

Communication: Slotted wave guide/leakage cable

Positioning: 2D Barcode, RFID tag, positioning magnets

Safety: SLS, SLP, safe brake control for lifting axis.

Decentralised Technology – Solution with Movigear, Movipro & Movimot

Products: Movigear, Movimot and Movipro

Application areas: Stationary conveying, Mobile conveying

Power: Movigear up to 400Nm, Movimot 0.37kW to 4kW, Movipro up to 15kW

Communication: Profibus, Profinet, Devicenet, EthernetIP, ModBus TCP, ASI bus

Others: In-built controller, IP65 design.

EC Drives

Application areas: a. Transport of containers/Cardboard boxes; b. Transport of automotive components like tyres, seats etc; and infeed and discharge belt for machines/systems

Design: Power roller motor, geared motor

Technical details: Roller dia – 50 mm; speed – 0.04-5m/s; torque – 0.2-2.7Nm (S1); and overload – 250%

Control: Field bus, binary

Communication: PROFINET, EtherNet/IPTM, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT/SBusPLUS.
