FIBROTOR^® with Cam Drive – Electromechanical Universal Rotary Tables

An extremely long life time and shortest cycle time with excellent precision and no need for maintenance – FIBROTOR rotary tables combine all these attributes and come with up to five years warranty. With completely new control cam, energy consumption drops by 20%. Alternatively, higher masses can be moved, shorter indexing time can be realised or a smaller rotary table can be used. FIBROTOR may be used as assembly tables; welding, positioning or storing tables; in packaging, printing, labelling or laser machines, as well as for light cutting.

FIBROMAT^® – Heavy-Load Positioning Tables

A powerhouse with an extremely large centre hole and very flat design at an optimum price — the FIBROMAT heavy-load positioning tables offer optimum solution when large and heavy fixtures have to be positioned dynamically and precisely. It fits perfectly into automobile body in white, as the heart of work piece storages or in honing centres, for example. The maintenance-free rotary table with lifetime lubrication is driven by reliable spur gear drive.

FIBRODYN^® – Direct Driven High-Speed Rotary Tables

A turbo among rotary tables – the new FIBRODYN DM direct driven rotary tables with torque motor are optimally suited for all handling and assembly applications that require the shortest indexing times and flexible positioning. Thanks to its measuring system directly in the rotary table axis, any position can be moved to with the highest precision. The slim design with its very space-saving, compact construction and its fitted boreholes makes it very easy to integrate the rotary tale into your system. FIBRODYN DM is also available as decentralised stand-alone solution with integrated control. The rotary tables are lifetime lubricated and maintenance free.

FIBROTOR RT 0.750 – Ring Style Rotary Table

This is will be a new product launched at Automation Expo 2018. The ring style rotary table, FIBROTOR RT.0750, offers more power at less cost, is specifically designed to offer economical, precise and process safe drive components required by modern, high performance assembly plants from automotive, electronics and consumer goods industries.

FIBRO also offers the HEMA product range for machinery building sector: protection systems, viewing systems and clamping and braking systems

Protection and Viewing systems

First range of products – bellows for the protection of linear guides – HEMA engineered the Samurai range of product, lamella protected bellows and aprons and also complete backwall systems. In addition to spiral springs other products such as telescopic steel covers, roller systems, machine safety windows, Visiport^® Spin windows and LED lighting systems completes the range of offers.

Clamping and Braking Systems

Within the last ten years HEMA also enlarged second sphere of competence which newly includes pneumatic and electromagnetic clamping and braking systems and also manual and mechanical clamping systems.

Standard parts for Dies & Moulds include: die sets, guide elements, low-maintenance oil-less guide elements, precision parts such as punches and matrices, compression springs, high-safety gas springs, metal forming materials, peripheral equipment for presses and tools, tool slide units/cam slide unit with spline, roller or hydraulic drives, and standard parts for mould making.
