Hard Chrome Plated Steel Rods & Bars

The Show Preview presents glimpses of the automation products, devices, software and technologies that would be on display at the Automation Expo 2018 (August 29-September 01, 2018 – BCEC, Goregaon, Mumbai).

Hard Chrome plated Rods for hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder engineering machines, hydraulic/pneumatic auto machines, plastic injection moulding machines, pillar and tie bars, etc. These bars go through machining process of cold drawn, peeling, centre less grinding, polishing, and hard chrome plating, in order to enhance the surface hardness for friction and corrosion resistance; the material will also be easier for further machining, and its precision can achieve international standard.

Induction Harden Hard Chrome Plated Steel Bar: High carbon steel which processed with induction hardening before precisely undergoing centreless grinding and hard chrome plating. It can enhance the ability of collision, friction and corrosion resistance. The benefit is that its hardness can be as good as material SUJ2 after induction hardening, but more competitive on the price.
