Moons’ step motors are not only adopted by domestic and international customers and but also widely used in advanced information technology field as it masters and owns key R&D, driving and high end manufacturing technology for stepper motor. At Automation Expo Moons’ will showcase a new generation of bus control step driving solution named STF – a mini with powerful function suitable for various step motors. It can communicate on most field bus just like Modbus/RTU, CANopen, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT. In addition STF can find and alarm automatically when motor line breaks, it makes equipment safer than before. STF is also easier to use as we can transmit its configuration files and upgrade its firmware in field bus.

Moons’ will also show integrated servo, MDX, which is the first integrated servo of Moons’, and can support CANopen, RS485 communication. MDX is compact and its length reduces about 20% compared with traditional servo motor. MDX has two different protection classes – IP20 and IP65 – and it could be used with gearbox. MDX is widely used in packaging, logistics, electronic components manufacturing, AGV, medical equipment and suitable to those which need high requirement of installation space, wiring and water and dust proof.
