Software tools for the small control systems PNOZmulti

Your safety circuit is easy to create on the PC using the PNOZmulti Configurator. The configuration tool supports you with the project design, configuration, documentation and commissioning of Pilz control systems.

The graphics-based user interface conforms to the Windows® standard; all elements are available for your safety circuit as icons or in selection menus. Online help with documentation is available during configuration of the safety circuit. Once it is complete, the tool checks the circuit for faults.

To protect the fully configured safety circuit from unwanted changes, it can be certified. You can edit, alter or add to uncertified configurations of your safety circuit at any time. Simply call them up in the PNOZmulti Configurator! The configuration can be printed out and used as documentation.

PNOZmulti Configurator 10.7 - New features available

Use the graphic software tool PNOZmulti Configurator for configuration and programming of the small control systems PNOZmulti! Hardware selection, project design, documentation and commissioning are performed with only one tool. See the new features of Version 10.7 for yourself!

The new expansion module PNOZ m EF 8DI2DOT is supported for connecting to the base units PNOZmulti 2:

•  Expansion module provides 8 inputs and two 2-pole outputs
• Configuration is performed in the module program
• configurable pulse suppression for the inputs of the module
• Open circuit detection for the dual-pole outputs
• Press elements are supported: Press elements operating modes, rotary cam arrangements, light curtain, pulse detection

Fieldbus module Powerlink at PNOZ m B1:

• Fieldbus module PNOZ m ES Powerlink is supported with immediate effect for connection to the base unit PNOZ m B1.

Other changes for the PNOZmulti Configurator:

• When saving or building the project in PNOZmulti Configurator the configuration data for the PVIS OPC Server UA are created
• Module program connectors can be configured as start inputs for input elements in the module program
