Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, has added a new “Kusam-Meco” brand multifunction True RMS Power Meter, Model KM 6300. This versatile, low cost meter is useful for energy audit and demand management. The field of applications encompasses: Scada systems, energy audit, demand management, diesel generator set control, phantom load test benches, meter test benches, data logging, relay and control panels, induction motor, submersible pump test benches, etc. It measures 54 functions such as current, voltage, neutral current, active power (kW), reactive power (kVAR), apparent power (kVA), power factor, line frequency, active energy (kWH), reactive energy (RkWH – import/export) up to 31st harmonic, and maximum demand.

Unique features: measurement of current, voltage, active, reactive and apparent power, power factor, line frequency, energy, harmonic and maximum demand; high-brightness LED display; extreme accuracy up to 0.25%; programmable adjustment for current and voltage transformers ratio; with RS485 or RS232 output; neutral current can be indicated; dual relay contacts for energy or alarm output; optional harmonic display; optional dual current loop output; setting protected by password; memory of all setting value and energy data over ten years; and outside dimension compatible for DIN standard 144x144mm.
