The EHEDG-certified Skintop® Hygienic stainless steel cable gland has a shape and material (class V4A stainless steel) meets the very highest hygiene standards. Like the EPIC connector, it has no corners or edges, which means that there is nowhere for liquids to collect or for micro-organisms to form. The seals are made of a material approved for use with foodstuffs (FKM elastomer).
