Kusam Electrical Industries has introduced a very low cost multifunction Thermo Hygrometer, Model KM 918, having `CE' mark approval. This can be used in various places such as green houses, office environment, environmental studies, food distribution, departmental stores, printing industry, HVAC installation and maintenance, labs/textile/wooden mills, weather monitoring, art galleries/museums, hospitals and clinics/pharmaceutical companies, store rooms, etc. It has 2 independent displays for temperature and humidity; an accurate NTC sensor for temperature; and a capacitance humidity sensor for relative humidity. It measures temperatures in °C from -20°C to +60°C or -4° F to +140°F and humidity from 0% to 100% RH. It has external probe for temperature and humidity measurement. The thermo hygrometer has a dew point and wet bulb function. It has Max-Min/Avg and Hold functions. It can be used in dark atmosphere because of the backlit display. It is a very light weight instrument with portability and simple one hand operation and convenient ergonomic design.
