Features

- There is no concern about mixing in contamination from the outside (PM 2.5), SOx, NOx, etc. because indirect outdoor air cooling is performed without directly introducing the outdoor air.
- The required utility is only a power supply (no chilled water, no cooling water are required).
- Heat generation from the servers is handled using a heat exchanger indirectly with an outdoor air cooling system and a cooling system with heat pump type refrigeration.

In winter, only the outside air is used, and in between seasons and in summer, the use of the outdoor air plus refrigeration reduces the annual electricity consumption.
When operating at a cooling capacity of 40 kW throughout the year:
- About 1,230,000 yen in electricity charges per unit can be reduced.
- About 36 tons of carbon dioxide per unit can be reduced

Cooling capacity: 40 kW, supplied air (SA) temperature: 26°C, supplied air (SA) volume: 8500 m3/ h, at average temperature in Tokyo, coefficient of performance (COP) of the general air conditioner compared = 3.5, electricity charges: 19 Yen / kWh, carbon dioxide consumption unit: 0.55 kg - CO2 / kWh.
