xiros® flange bearings with glass or stainless steel balls are also a combination of xiros® polymer ball bearings and igubal® housings. The angle-compensating flange ball bearings were developed for maintenance-free use in conveyor belts, cam rollers and guide rollers. The light, corrosion-free and non-magnetic bearings need no oil or grease and compensate for misalignment caused by tilting or tolerance.

Compared to the 4-hole type, the xiros® 2-hole- flange ball bearing has the advantage of being easy to adjust due to its oblong holes. A precise alignment of the bearing housing is not required as the flange bearing automatically compensates for error.
