Pune Techtrol offers an Air Operated Diaphragm Switch for Viscous Liquids – Model ADS. This switch is most suitable for services/applications like highly viscous liquids, sewage, slurry, waste water treatment, heavy oil/lubricant tanks, air conditioning/transportation/marine/equipment for maximum temperature range of 60°C and atmospheric pressure.

The ADS consists of an air pipe connected to a diaphragm, which can actuate through its vertical motion a microswitch housed in the enclosure rated for IP?65. The rigid air pipe is available in PP or SS316 MOC. The rising liquid level compresses the active air column within the air pipe to initiate upward movement of the diaphragm to operate the microswitch. The O/P contact rating of the micro switch is 5A at 230 V AC. The switch gives trouble free operation with minimal maintenance when installed properly.
