Baumüller, the Nuremberg-based manufacturer of drive and automatization, combines the converters of the series b maXX 3000 with the servo motors of the series DSD, DSP and DSC in its drive concept b maXX 2500. In this way, a compact drive solution for decentralized machine concepts is created, for example, for the packaging and textile industry, as well as numerous other industrial branches.
The solution impresses with a low wiring effort and high flexibility and is available in three installation sizes.
The devices impress with a high overload factor of 5 and a maximum torque of 10 Nm.
A new compact housing shape also saves more space so that it is easier to integrate the machine.
High protection: The b maXX 2500 also has integrated safety, degree of protection IP 65 and various cabling options via a distributor box or plug.
In addition, numerous field bus options are available to the user, ensuring maximum flexibility in the machine design.
