The high-performance optoCONTROL CLS1000 fiber optic sensors precisely measure position, distance and size in automated production processes. The measuring system is available in five different versions, enabling the fiber optic sensors to be adapted to different application requirements. Commissioning is easy via the control panel, OLED display and numerous teach-in modes.

The optoCONTROL CLS1000 measuring system for precise position, distance and size measurements in automated processes comprises a powerful controller and high-quality fiber optics. It is used, for example, for web edge control in the packaging and paper industries, for presence detection of objects in medical technology, and in the production of microchips. The control panel and numerous teach-in modes enable simple, user-friendly commissioning.

Five different models are available for different requirements and adaptation to the measurement task. Each of these models is available in NPN, PNP or push-pull versions. All controllers are available with triggers.
