Vertical Roller Mill:

WIL have successfully engineered, supplied and commissioned Vertical Roller Mills for raw material, coal/petcoke, slag and clinker grinding applications, in association with M/s. UBE Machinery Corporation (UMC), Japan.WIL offers vertical roller mills as pre grinders to existing/new ball mills in close circuit with a ladder separator for increasing capacity of the same for raw material/clinker/slag grinding applications.WIL has supplied 18 VRM’s in India for various applications that are running satisfactorily, in association with M/s. UMC. UMC’s own installation list includes more than 500 VRM’s all over the world.

At WIL, the emphasis is on in house manufacturing capability and most of the items are manufactured under our QC policy and only critical parts are imported from M/s. UMC. This allows us to offer state of the art technology cost effectively.WIL can now offer the VRM fully manufactured in India in collaboration with M/s. UMC, for raw material and coal applications up to 3.4 m table diameter. WIL can also offer VRM as pre grinder for raw material and clinker grinding applications, fully manufactured in India
