It allows existing field wiring to be interfaced to new distributed control system (DCS) or programmable logic controller (PLC) I/O cards quickly and without wiring errors.

In order to benefit from the advantages of the Industrial IoT, it is necessary to migrate to a modern DCS or PLC. MiBridge® from Klippon Engineering enables a fast migration without wiring errors. Using an adapter card, the new I/O cards of the control systems are simply connected to the existing field wiring. The solution is compatible with the existing field wiring connector and can be connected directly. The existing field wiring remains unchanged and is not disturbed. This significantly reduces downtime or even eliminates it entirely.
