Anti-Static Rubber Wheels

Rex Rubber Works offers heavy-duty anti-static rubber wheels that can be customised as per the requirements of clients. These wheels are moulded on to cast iron centres with black natural rubber under controlled temperature and pressure providing a single solid unit.

Brief specifications: bearings – PB/SB/bb/GM/NRB/MRB/BB/TRB; temperature limits – intermittently up to 140°C; and finish – black rubber and red cast iron centres. These are ideal for: use on any type of flooring without risk of damage to the surface and move smoothly and silently even under heaviest of loads, hard wearing, and kind to floors.

Features: high static load capacity; low abrasion; fracture resistant; maintenance free; and high temperature resistance.

Options: available with grey tyres (RTWG) and special application rubber. The wheels are manufactured using superior quality nylon, polyurethane, fibre and material sourced from reliable vendors. The products are tested using advanced testing tools, which include load tester and obstacle tester.
