Silver Plating on Nuts: It is a standard practice at TRUEWAY to supply all SS Tube Fitting Nuts with Silver Plating on Threads. This avoids Thread Seizure/ Galling during use & Reuse. 
Ferrules are with Controlled Hardness to achieve proper swaging on Tube. 
Testing of Fittings can be performed at Hydraulic Pressure up to 10000 PSI & up to 2000 PSI on Gas with our In house Test facility. Testing is done as per required specifications. 
Fittings are also suitable for High Impulse, Vibration & Temperature applications as already in use at various sites. 
Plastic and caps are provided on Threaded ends & Tube OD side for Protection. 
1-1/4” Turn tightening of Nuts from Tube Snug Position is enough for taking High Pressures. For up to ½” OD size 1-1/4 Turn can be achieved with two spanners by Hand WITHOUT using Vice.

Male Thread Size: 1/8” to 2” Male NPT (Taper) Threads
