Dehnshield® ZP protects meters and electrical installations

Dehn  shield ZP is available in two versions for all common system configurations:

• Dehn shield ZP Basic for buildings without external lightning protection system:
  The arrester meets the minimum requirements according to IEC 60364-5-53. It has a discharge capacity up to 30 kA (10/350 µs) and a high follow current extinguishing capability (Ifi = 25 kArms)
   
• Dehn shield ZP for buildings with  external lightning protection system:
  The arrester meets the requirements concerning the lightning current discharge capacity as required in IEC 62305-3 according to class of LPS III/IV. It has a discharge capacity up to 50 kA (10/350 µs) and a high follow current extinguishing capability (Ifi = 25 kArms). This allows compact lightning equipotential bonding.
