CTCC IWS corrugated tubing holder – A safe choice all round.

HellermannTyton has augmented its range of flexible IWS corrugated tubing with a new holder which offers greater efficiency and flexibility for routing and protecting cables in electrical panels and switch cabinets. The design of the CTCC IWS corrugated tubing holder answers the needs of panel builders and electrical engineers for more efficient solutions when fixing, guiding and protecting wiring. The focus of the new holder is on simplicity and quality through attention to detail. The design allows IWS corrugated tubing to be pre-fixed in the open state until the installer has determined the final position. An audible click signals when the holder is properly closed. HellermannTyton's product developers have also incorporated a recess in the bracket to accommodate a ground cable, plus cable tie attachment points on both sides for additional cables.

When closed, the corrugated tubing can rotate in the holder. A rib inside the holder prevents the flexible tubing from slipping sideways. If modifications are necessary, the holder can be opened from above with a screwdriver and then reused.

The CTCC IWS holders for the nominal sizes 17, 29, 37 and 50 mm are designed to match the hole patterns commonly found in panels.
