The 2020 edition of Automation Expo will provide the biggest automation platform for and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Mumbai, March 17, 2020 – IED Communication, the Organisers of Automation Expo – Asia’s leading Automation and Instrumentation Exhibition – have announced that the 15th edition of the event, Automation Expo 2020, will be held as scheduled from September 09-12 at Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre. While several global events scheduled for March-April 2020 have been postponed to later dates in view of health concerns, the overall situation, which is being closely monitored by governments across the world, is expected to improve over the next three months. “The 2020 edition of Automation Expo will provide the biggest automation platform for manufacturing and process automation enterprises a wide range of solutions and unparalleled networking opportunities over four days,” said Dr M Arokiaswamy, Managing Director, IED Communications and the visionary founder of this iconic event. “With the rapid evolution of automation technologies in the IIoT era, and global concerns over environmental degradation, the demand for technology solutions is growing with each passing day. Automation Expo, launched in the year 2000 as a biennial event, had a modest beginning with just 37 exhibitors for the inaugural edition at Nehru Centre. Over the years it not only grew phenomenally in popularity, but in response to the demand from exhibitors, has become an annual event since 2011. The 2019 edition had attracted 1005 exhibiting companies from 25 countries spread across two halls.
