Espelkamp, May 2024 – The British technical journals Electrical Review (ER) and Data Centre Review (DCR) presented their Excellence Awards for this year. Han-Eco® from HARTING was crowned the winner in the “Power distribution solution of the year for data centres” category.

With these awards, the jury recognises outstanding achievements in improving the infrastructure and network integration of data centres, “green”/sustainable data centres, projects for trimming carbon as well as contributions to improving employee training. The awards go to companies, projects or individuals which/who have a formative influence on their relevant sectors, identify groundbreaking designs and new, integrative solutions and campaign for the highest environmental and safety standards as well as energy efficiency.

The jury commissioned by ER and DCR awarded further prizes in connection with data centres, among them for the best solutions in the following areas: cooling, hardware, energy storage, lighting and sustainability. The prize-giving event will be held in Christ Church in London’s Spitalfields district on 16 May.
