The theme of the event is ‘Business Excellence and Sustainability through Automation and Digital Transformation’.

January 24, 2024 – International Society of Automation, Pune Section shall be hosting 4th Edition of its Industrial IoT Conference with the theme ‘Business Excellence and Sustainability through Automation and Digital Transformation’.

This signature event of ISA Pune is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Hotel Tip To International in Wakad, Pune. As a continuation in their series of IIoT Conferences, this edition promises to be a unique and significant event in the region.

International Society of Automation (www.isa.org) is a not-for-profit organisation active through Geographic Assemblies known as Sections, and ISA Pune is one of the 108 Sections worldwide. ISA is one of the world’s foremost associations of Professional Members engaged in industrial automation and aims to ‘Create a Better World through Automation’. This it does through its globally accepted standards, technical publications, training, certification, conferences and events.

ISA Pune Section is a vibrant Section belonging to the Asia Pacific District, which consists of 8 Sections in India, besides Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and consists of active members from diverse automation and instrumentation sectors. ISA Pune is known for its engaging monthly Tech-Talks, Industry Connect initiatives, and Cybersecurity Training.

ISA Pune Section comprises over 200Professional Members from diverse segments of the Automation and Instrumentation Industry and Academia. Besides, it has over 350 affiliate Student Members from well-known engineering colleges having ISA Student Sections. ISA Pune is known for undertaking various initiatives for the Process and Manufacturing Industries, Colleges and Academia, and is a vibrant contributor to advancements in the field.

At the Conference, having witnessed four industrial revolutions, the world is now well advanced in DigitalTransformations, significantly enhancing safety, productivity, and resource optimisation. Industries like Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Power, Cement, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Petrochemicals extensively leverage IIoT, Robotics, AI, and ML and implement digitalisation programmes. The Conference aims to take a deep dive into the technologies, case studies, and challenges in implementation. Sustainability and conservation of Earth’s limited and diminishing resources is also a challenge and the Conference aims to address this at the ground level.
