A Fix for Our Future – Reducing Fugitive Emissions (and Cost!) Today – Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 12 noon, IST.

As part of its Webinar Series Achieving Environment Sustainability Goals in Emissions Management, Emerson is conducting webinar – A Fix for Our Future – Reducing Fugitive Emissions (and Cost!) Today – on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 12 noon, IST (02:30 PM Singapore Time). The webinar is of 1 hour duration.
Continuous fugitive emissions result from plant infrastructures, such as isolation, control, and relief valves, tanks, flanges, and pumps. These leaks, which are due to incorrect selection, configuration, installation, and maintenance, can be very difficult to detect due to ambient conditions and large areas to monitor relatively small quantities, but when aggregated, becomes the greatest contributor to overall emissions. Without regular monitoring or inspection, these leaks can often go undetected over time until they become problematic/dangerous.
In this webinar session, learn how modern valves are fugitive emissions-compliant by design, with high levels of tightness and durability. Right-sizing, selection, and lifecycle maintenance contribute to lower emissions. Proven by testing capabilities to ensure every valve is meeting emissions regulatory compliance such as ISO 15848-1/2, API 622, API 624.
