Delta debuts its new multi-channel CNC Controller NC5 Series at TIMTOS x TMTS 2022

Cloud & On-premises Integration for Smart Manufacturing is Deltas theme at TIMTOS x TMTS 2022.

Taipei, February 21, 2022 – Delta, a world-class provider of power management, thermal and industrial automation solutions, has announced its participation in the Taipei International Machine Tool Show x Taiwan International Machine Tool Show 2022 (TIMTOS x TMTS 2022) from February 21st ~ 26th with the theme of "Cloud & On-premises Integration for Smart Manufacturing." Observing the trend that the machine tool industry has moved towards smart manufacturing, Delta is leveraging its comprehensive portfolio and demonstrating one-stop smart machining solutions with software-hardware integration under the topic of Smart Machining Solutions x Machine Networking.
The exhibited solutions integrate IIoT, big data analytics, Cyber-physical Systems (CPS), and lean management for the CNC smart production architecture that encompasses products, data collection, monitoring and control, and big data analysis that empowers machine tool production with intelligence. In addition, Delta is presenting its brand new High-performance General CNC Controller NC5 Series for the first time in public under the topic of CNC Industrial Applications x Peripheral Applications. Based on the combination of Delta's over-a-decade experience in the machine tool industry and customer feedback, the NC5 Series upgrades computing capabilities and features multi-axis and multi-channel machining and a Rotation Tool Centre Point (RTCP) function to fulfill the market needs of high-precision, high-speed, 5-axis advanced machining and multitasking. At TIMTOS x TMTS 2022, Delta is also showcasing live demos of Smart Machines in cooperation with machinery partners, including Dmark Co Ltd (Dmark), Ecoca Industrial Co Ltd (ECOCA), and Equiptop Hitech Corp (EQUIPTOP) to let visitors experience smart upgrades for the machine tool industry.
