Aeinnova among the Top Internet of Things Innovators at the Hannover Messe fair

AEInnova has been one of the 4 companies selected in the Industry 4.0 category by INDU-EYE, a complete IIoT monitoring solution.

April 2021 – AEInnova has been selected as one of the 4 most innovative companies in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) in the 12th IoT/WT Innovation World Cup® of the Hannover Messe fair thanks to Indu-Eye, a complete IIoT solution self-powered by waste heat.

More than 600 companies have participated in the 12th IoT/WT Innovation World Cup® within the framework of the Hannover Messe fair, one of the most important industrial innovation fairs in the world.

An international jury has selected a total of 16 companies in different categories that have stood out for presenting products that have combined innovation, technology, and the ability to reach the market.

AEInnova has been one of the 4 companies selected in the Industry 4.0 category by INDU-EYE, a complete IIoT monitoring solution, which stands out for its Edge Computing capacity, it’s very long-range 5G communication and, above all, because it avoids the use of batteries since it is self-powered by waste heat.

All companies will present their product at the Awards Ceremony to be held on April 14, 2021 on the Smart Industries channel of the Hannover Messe Digital Edition.

Aeinnova is a company dedicated to the creation of Industrial IoT solutions powered by industrial waste heat. Since its creation in 2014, as a start-up of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, its technology has received multiple awards such as the Best Innovative Technology at the IoT World Congress 2017 or a finalist in the DENA Energy Transition Awards 2017. In the field of research, it has managed to participate in several Spanish public calls and in 5 European projects together with the most important research centres at European level.
