What is the broad range of products manufactured by GMT Technology?
GMT Global Inc., emphasises on vertical integration including automation components, industrial modules, sub-system, control system and other relevant products. We have ability to take care of a matter all by ourselves from design to production. We strengthen our competitive advantages by increasing our product quality and improving the production process.

In the highly competitive field of motion control products, what are the distinguishing features of GMT products?
GMT has the ability to integrate the key components, servo control core technology and application software, etc. Therefore, we could satisfy the automation requirements for customers and provide the best solution.

What are the advantages of electric drive products over mechanical motion control?
GMT insists on the vision which is to ‘build intelligent automation territory, and accomplish the convenient dream for industries’. ‘Convenience’ is our original intention when we are designing. Therefore, our electric control products are developed based on the user's perspective, which are more convenient for customers.

How are GMT products distributed worldwide and in India?
India has endless business opportunities and is worth to do more development. At this moment, GMT mainly sells automation component products and our business layout is from automation components, industrial modules and solutions to meet the requirements for Indian customers. Currently, we have sales representatives located in Mumbai and Pune, and we expect to expand our business to New Delhi in the north and Bangalore in the south in the near future. We hope we can move toward smart manufacturing with Indian partners.

What about the after sales service arrangements?
GMT provides complete after-sale service as follows:
(1) Configuring dedicated Indian business specialists to provide service for customers.
(2) Local distributors provide education training and immediate service.
(3) Each product has a laser production serial number, which can greatly shorten the time for judging problems when the complaint occurs, and reduce the loss for customers due to the temporary stoppage.

Any significant new products launched recently?
GMT has participated in the Taiwan Excellence Award every year since 2015, and we won the award several times during these years. That became a thing of pride to win the 2022 Taiwan Excellence Award recently, the award winning products are as following:

(3) GSMX: Linear Stepper Stage

Tony Chen is a General Manager at GMT Global Inc., since 1994. He has done his Executive Master of Business Administration Program from Tunghai University (2013~2015). Notable among his experiences and accolades is R&D project host in National Chin-Yi University of Technology, from 2014~2015, MVP Manager in Taiwan in 2015 and winner of 39th "Model of Entrepreneurs Award" in 2016.
