What is the broad range of products manufactured by TOYO Automation?
Professionalism and responsibility is always the cooperate concept of TOYO to create high quality product with low cost. Toyo manufactures a wide range of products that include single axis electric actuators, electric cylinders, electric grippers, miniature cylinders, desktop robots and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and linear motors with high-accuracy, built-in linear guide rail design with the brand new self-developed linear motor. We also provide Cartesian robots with customisation (XYZ multi axis).

What are the types of desktop robots available from Toyo?
Apart from ball screw type desktop robot (light to medium payload), TOYO offers the following types desktop Robot series with high accuracy: JTHC Series, JTHD Series, JTHX Series, JTL Series (linear-motor-driven Desktop robot), JTHS Series, XYCGT Series, XYSGT Series (Cartesian robot with servo motor)

Regarding the AGVs – are these available in built up units or in kit form? What is the range?
TOYO Automation manufactures the complete solutions in AGVs and also customised AGVs in response to customers' requirements. The AGV kit is a perfectly coordinated system consisting of wheel, mounting connection, guide sensor, controller and other electronics component.

For complete solutions of AGVs we do have different kinds of standard series. These include: Pickup Cart Series (PICKUP-B62, PICKUP-B6J, PICKUP-A59, PICKUP-A59-RT, PICKUP-D65, PICKUP-C64, PICKUP-E64, etc.), and Carry Cart Series (CARRY-E64, CARRY-F58 and CARRY-K65) 

How are Toyo products distributed worldwide and in India?
TOYO has global locations with the headquarter located in Taiwan, Tainan and the R&D office in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Besides there are two branches in China, Japan and Thailand and more than 40 distributors from other countries including India.  

What about the after-sales service arrangements?
We offer year round 24 hours call service that provides you products service anytime and we have a very active FAE team that provides great service with fastest response.

Any significant new products launched recently?
We have developed numerous core products in the automation equipment range. More importantly, we have mastered in the research and development process of the core components in the last decade, and are able to reduce the production costs, as well as realising the goal of miniaturisation and diversity. Recently we launched Nanometer-precision air bearing system and Nanometer-precision linear motor system.

Yogesh Chaudhari holds a Bachelors Mechanical Engineering degree as well as Diploma in Tools & Die-making and from universities in India and Taiwan. Yogesh has been working in TOYO Automation as an Automation Solution Consultant and Sales Engineer for over two years. He is currently responsible for business development in India, handling local partner relationships and providing services to solve different kinds of automation questions, to help customers move into the next automation level in different industries.
