What is the broad range of products manufactured by APLEX Technology?
We offer a variety of products and solutions for different applications and demands. From board to system, we provide embedded computer systems, HMI, industrial display and industrial panel PC. Besides, we also have an RD design team to develop and manufacture industrial boards.
 
How competitive are APLEX products and what is the USP?
Since we support various applications, including vertical applications such as gas & oil industry and horizontal applications like factory automation, logistic industry and more, our products are able to meet any challenges. Equipped with IP rated dust and waterproof certification, rugged construction, high brightness and wide range operating temperature features, our products can be applied in any applications, including indoor, outdoor, semi-outdoor, hazardous environment or high hygienic environments. In addition, I would like to highlight that we focus on mechanical engineering including thermal solution, tooling & material, ID and mechanical design. We uphold the spirit of being professional and innovative to provide durable high-quality products.
 
Are APLEX products compatible with accessories and systems from other manufacturers?
We follow up our design guide, product development process and strict verified process to make sure our product has excellent quality and is compatible with accessories and systems from other manufacturers. For example, we offer wireless connections by equipping them with communication modules, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G, 5G and so on. They are all well compatible with APLEX's products.
 
How are APLEX products distributed worldwide and in India?
APLEX has a subsidiary in China, which provides board level in house design and production capability. In order to be close to the market, we built two branches, which are located in the US and Singapore, they play a role as sales offices to provide local services and distribution of APLEX product series. Besides, we also have strategy partners in Europe, APAC, and India region to serve our users with a comprehensive APLEX product portfolio and in time services.
 
What about the after sales service arrangements?
As mentioned, APLEX has various partners in different countries who can easily provide local support with technical ability. On the other hand, APLEX also has a Technical Support Team, directly providing services from Taipei Headquarter. They are able to provide a quick solution and response for each case. Moreover, we offer a 2-year warranty for all our standard panel PCs and system products. APLEX stands for customer at first place. We always try our best to fulfil client's requests as much as we can.
 
Any significant new products launched recently?
There are about three new products that are going to be launched shortly. One is a new in-vehicle panel PC APC-3103, it is suitable for harsh environments, heavy machineries and vehicles; another is ARCHMI-9xxB, it is a HMI for factory automation; and the other is ViTAM-9xxB, it is a stainless steel panel PC which is total IP66/ IP69K dust and waterproof for food & beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industry applications.
 
Andy Liu has more than 20 years’ experience in the IPC and automation field. Having 20 years of product sales and marketing experience in Qisda, APLEX's parent company, Liu joined APLEX in 2017. Currently, he is devoted to developing and promoting smart manufacturing solutions, Waterproof Stainless Steel Panel PC, ATEX C1D2 explosion-proof solution, Smart In-vehicle computing solutions.
