What is the range of grinding machines manufactured by Paragon CNC and their USP?

ParagonCNC produces centreless grinding machines, universal cylindrical grinding machines, internal grinding machines and tool grinding machines. We offer CNC grinding machines and professional maintenance services for manufacturers to produce products with the great longevity of the machines. Unlike a cheap solution to an expensive look, we value every single detail of producing the machines with our suppliers as a team in order to present to the customers with the best quality and longevity.  

Any significant new products launched recently?
Yes, in order to respond to the demand of market, we launched some new models:
1. Ultra GU-3550CNC Polygon Cylindrical Grinding Machine
2. Super-B GAH-35150 CNC Angular Cylindrical Grinding Machine
3. RDC-20 CNC Double-Feed Centreless Grinding Machine
4. GT-530 Tool Grinding Machine 

With increasing the trend of machine tools offered as robotic cells, are any such solutions available?
Yes, we have solutions that are robotic systems based on the experience with customer usages. Basically, we do not sell only machines, we also provide measurement systems and automatic loading systems – we provide grinding solutions. We also customise the solutions, listen to the demands from the customers, and fulfil them, even optimise the process. Finally we customise a specific practical solutions for our customers.

How compatible are Paragon machines with the Industry 4.0 requirements for the connected factory?
According to the customers’ needs, we provide functions such as automatic loading and unloading systems, online or offline measurement systems, and workpieces dimension correcting systems; and the data which inspected from the measurement systems can be collected and managed for applying to the internet. Therefore, we can control and adjust the efficiency of production and quality of the products immediately.

Paragon machines are sold in India through distributors. How big is this market for the company?
The Indian market is approximately 10% of the total revenue of Paragon globally.

India is traditionally viewed differently by global companies and they try to customise products to suit this market. What is the Paragon experience?
From our perspective, to satisfy customer's requests and demands is one of the motivations that drives us to grow. In order to achieve and fulfil those demands from customers, we have never stopped self-correcting and trying to develop and cooperate with new technology in so many ways. For instance, we've developed several devices and new functions for the requests from customers, also customised a machine with whole new specifications.  

How strong or effective is the after-sales service?  
All the agencies which are cooperating with us are capable to complete the job such as installing adjusting and maintaining service, and they arrange discussion forums with customers for exchanging experience or solving the problems together. Hypothetically, if it's in the situation that people cannot meet one and another physically (Covid-19 for instance), we also arrange online meetings instead to sort out matters, if needed.

Which is the main market segments for ParagonCNC?
For us, the major market segment is the automotive industry.
 
How has the Covid-19 pandemic impacted the company and its business?
As a result of the many developments after the pandemic, customers are asking for more automation in the machines and they want higher accuracy in their production.
