With the new Vibranivo® 7000 liquid fork, UWT is setting new standards in level detection for all types of liquids. The innovative overall concept, which enables the vibrating fork to be manufactured from a single stainless-steel part, and the bright status LEDs make the new VN 7 a reliable solution.
Why the Vibranivo® 7000 is becoming the new favourite
Ultra-compact and robust: The compact design of the 316L stainless steel vibrating fork guarantees a durable and resistant solution that can withstand even the harshest environments. It is deal for installation where space is limited, such as in small containers or pipework.
Plug & Play optimally realised: The new VN 7 vibrating level switch can be used quickly and easily for the safe monitoring of all liquids without any further setting adjustments.
Outstanding brightness: The unique, bright status LED makes it easy to visually recognise the switching status of the vibrating fork even from a distance.
Highest hygiene requirements: Perfect for hygiene-sensitive production environments thanks to EHEDG-compliant design, stainless steel housing and SIP/CIP capability up to 150°C (302°F) in continuous operation.

Versatile in use: The Vibranivo® 7000 is used as an empty detector, demand detector or full detector. Extensive configuration options ensure simple integration
into existing process systems.
Overfill protection: The new vibrating fork fulfills the WHG guidelines and thus contributes to safety in areas where water-polluting substances are stored.
Versatile installation options: Whether on spigots, with Triclamp or in weld-in sockets – the VN 7 vibrating fork is the perfect solution for every type of installation. The VN 7130 version with tube extension enables variable adjustment of the switching point up to a length of 4 metres.
Quick installation: The lightweight and compact design simplifies handling and installation without compromising on stability. The electrical connection is simple and safe via M12 or valve connectors.
Temperature resistant: The sensor is designed for process temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) and is therefore ideal for demanding environments.
Reliable: A 6-year guarantee promises durability and safety in use.
IO-Link: Modern communication options via IO-Link ensure seamless integration into your existing system landscape and enable additional setting options and intelligent data transmission.

Smart display for better readability – the NivoTec® NT 9000
The new NT 9000 local level indicator from the NivoTec® UWT series offers a flexible and simple solution for visualising the levels of liquids and solids.
Developed for indoor and outdoor use, the new display unit enables the output of fill levels in volume, height, per cent or weight. With the new NT 9, the level of a measuring point can therefore be read quickly and easily in easily accessible locations.
What makes the NT 9000 so special?
• Robust aluminium housing with LC display including backlighting
• Evaluation of 4-20 mA analogue signals (active and passive)
• Level indicator in height, volume, per cent or weight
• Ambient temperature: -20°C to 70°C (-40°F … 158°F), and
• Simple wiring and installation for indoor and outdoor use.
The display and adjustment module is compatible with the UWT sensors NivoRadar®, NivoGuide®, NivoCapa® and NivoBob®.
