Industry 4.0: Zyfra Machine Data Collection Software, to track equipment, operations, and personnel performance remotely, sending real- time customisable and downloadable notifications and reports to evaluate and increase OEE as well as cut down on costs.
MES: Koremec provides implementation services for any brand of MES Software Suites. This includes data consolidation by interfacing to multiple PLCs and OEM machines, mapping the data to MES and further integration with your existing ERP systems.
PMS: Koremec provides Consulting, Engineering and Project Management Services for any type of Industrial Automation. We can even set up the entire plant end-to-end except civil work.
Batching Plant Automation: Autosys provides Batching Plants along with Silos, day storage hoppers and Material Handling systems such as Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Skip Hoists, Controlled Screw Feeders, Vibratory Feeders, etc. The weighing and batching is automated as per S88 standards with traceability. We specialise in difficult to flow materials, silo-less designs, and complex systems with 100+ ingredients. We have extensive domain expertise in industries such as refractories, ceramics, building materials, friction materials, animal feed, poultry feed, etc.
Fluid Control and Instrumentation: Autosys has implemented large scale Instrumentation and Control Systems for industries such as Water, Waste Water, Oil, Gas & Power sectors. We have handled Flow (up to 1600 mm dia), Level, Pressure and Analysers. We have implemented and networked IoTs and Remote Monitoring Units spread across 1000s of locations. We take care of remote control of Motors, Valves, Actuators, VFD Drives, MCC and Control Panels, Networking using RF, Satellite, Fibre or Cellular and SCADA Implementation with Dual Redundant PLCs/DCS.
PLCs & Panels: Autosys can execute large scale PLC systems with 5000+ IOs. We also manufacture CPRI certified Power Panels, Control Panels, Drawout Panels and MCC Panels for any type of manufacturing industry.
Hardy Process Instruments, USA: Koremec is the authorised distributor for Hardy range of Weighing Systems and Cards in India. Hardy specialises in industrial weighing applications where vibration and large tare weights affect accuracy. Hardy’s WAVERSAVER technology can filter vibration even in a rotating mixer and measure accurate weight, even if the dynamic weight range is just 10% of the load cell capacity. Hardy’s high speed check weighing systems can handle up to 180 parts per minute. Hardy’s process weighing cards can be plugged directly into PLC Back Panels.
